Returns and Refunds Policy

 We are committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.

Incorrect or Damaged Goods:

If we shipped you the wrong item or your item arrives damaged or in poor condition, simply email us a digital photo(s) of the damaged or incorrect item and the shipping container to returns@goglobalart.com.

  • Take a digital photo of your damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in (if damaged).
  • Attach your photos to an email and send them to returns@goglobalart.com. Please include your order number, item number, a brief description of the reason for the return.
  • You will receive an email within 24-48 hours confirming that your photo return is being processed. If your photo return is confirmed, you do not need to mail back your order. We will process the refund or replacement based on your photos.

Please include in the body of the email: your name, date of purchase, order number, the shipping ID or item number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and tell us whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund.   Please send your request within five (5) days of receipt. Your request will be processed within 48 hours and you will receive an email letting you know your replacement is under production or your refund is being processed. If you select a refund, you will be refunded the full cost of the item and the cost of delivery.

If the damage or quality issue is not apparent in the photo, you may be required to return the item at your expense before the return can be processed.

Other Returns:

If your items arrived in good condition but you have changed your mind, you can return your item within seven (7) days of receipt and receive a refund for the price of the product but not the cost of delivery.  Cost of delivery is the amount paid by you for shipment of the goods to your designated shipping address.

To return an item, please pack them in the original packaging and include the completed Return Instructions form located on the back of the Packing List included with your order.  You must also inform us of your intent to return an item via letter by post, fax, or e-mail within five (5) days of receipt. Please include your name, postal address, email address, telephone numbers, as well as your order number, the shipping ID and/or item number. We encourage you to include a brief description of the reason for the return.

Please be aware that you are obligated to bear the direct cost of returning the goods via our Carrier DHL or other approved alternative carrier, and insuring the work in transit.

Refund Payments

Refunds will be issued by the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of such refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Exchanges

If your item arrived in good condition, but you would like to exchange it for a different item, please return the item for a refund using the method described in “Other Returns” and place a new order.
